Easy run with Chad around 5 o'clock. Cloudy and low 50s. I went shirtless and Chad complained about cold, hah. Felt really smooth with the easy pace. After Chad went inside his place, I did the rest of the run plus a little extra (came out to .75 of a mile) in 4:12, or 5:36/m pace. It felt superbly easy, and I finished the run without breathing hard and took the stairs 2/3 at a time. Looking forward to doing longer runs this weekend. Supposed to be all nice weather coming up, with maybe slightly chillier temps tomorrow and saturday. As such, I look forward to doing some decent, consistent mileage.
