Clark Field

Track run at Clark field. The clock was down so time is aprox. I ate a sandwich/water 35 minutes before running.

It helped to push myself by passing others on the track. Feels much better than running on the road and I'll think I do more track running for a couple weeks while my shins/knees/ankles/etc.. get stronger.

I was going to do some light upper body work but I joined in on an ultimate game instead. played for about 45 minutes.

sleep is still off, got 7.5 hours today ( not last night )
