out of shape still. legs were still slightly sore from wed. I have more to give but I have to learn how to get at again. The wind sucked going up the last couple of hills but I did push harder at the end. Depending how I feel I might run again tomorrow. I'll start more formal training on 8/1.

96 degrees and I aslo believe I didn't eat well enough today for the run.
