hot as fuck (90ºF) and low tide. terrible combo. made it rain though and will feel better once the post-work-out-sweat stops.

jump rope + 30 pushups (slight incline on the deck) + 20 squats + 12 db curls (30lbs). inc. the jump time by 1 minute each cycle and took a 1min breather in between sets.
