pull ups: 10 reg, 10 chin ups, 8 close grip, 4 wide grip (90s rest intervals)
jump rope: 1 x 4:30, 10 x 4:00 - felt good after the 3rd round. would like to have ripped one more but we're steaming into port to avoid debby!
