It was a cold run today. The wind was really bad when added to the -9 degree weather. It was sunny, but the road was snow covered which made the running a bit tougher. My left lower calf muscle has been cramped up for the past 3 days. I'm not sure why. Maybe the bus ride back from spearfish?
