this weather is just insane!. I don't know how much longer i can handle all this heat. Made it for a very miserable run today, tomorrow isn't looking any better.
As for my hamstring it seemed better today. It could be time for a new pair of shoes as i've almost hit 400 already. That extra day of rest probably helped too. Tomorrow is looking to be a double day. Should be good.
