Took the dogs out for a much needed run. Had to hold Loki back that first mile otherwise we would have run a 630. As soon as we crossed the townline - mile 1- the road was ice and snow. One the small hills I tried to increase cadence so not to agitate the Achilles and it helped, still some agitation during the run. None felt during walk back to the house. On ice now. It's a small win.
