very cold out this am so opted for the treadmill. Thermometer at 7 deg at this writing. Looks like the sun is coming up but I didn't have it in me to put on all those layers first thing with a headlamp. Couple of hill at4% grade. and most of it around 2% grade. 60deg in the basement.
