Notes

after missing all my workouts last week because of laziness and stupidity, it was nice to hit this. Just wanted to get my legs under me, so they were controlled and felt pretty solid. My legs felt like shit at the end of last week and I think it was partly from spending a lot of time on snowshoes and not running much. I'm back baby, I'm back!
