very nice day out there. Cool and breezy atually, but quite nice. the wind made it a little to cool, but i still went in a long sleeve shirt. Will went back to the school after 4 miles and i kept on going for my full 5. Felt great today and really was flying with those sub 7 min miles. Track season just a week away!
