Note to self: Pancakes and sausage an hour before a hard workout isn't called for. First mile repeat was heavy feeling, second one better, third comfortable, 4th felt like last mile of a 5k. Perfect. Total 4 miles in 22:49 5:43 pace.
Not ideal to do on a treadmill but it was good for turnover. Staring at a blank wall for any amount of miles will build mental strength.
