getting time to switch shoes. I could feel my legs being blah about mile 3 and new something wasn't right. first real day running since last Wednesday. Wasn't feeling great on Thursday so slept then on Friday was driving and a 2 mile up Moutain hike and Saturday 4 miles hike followed by a hike down the mountain. went by effort level over actual distance.
