Notes

I knew there was snow coming. 8" overnight. Figured may as well get a good workout in. Did 2x3x2:30 cycles. Went like this:

First 30sec: 9.8

2nd 30sec: 10.0

3rd 30sec: 10.2@ 2%grade

4th 30 sec: 10.4

5th 30 sec: 10.6-10.7

90sec rest between intervals and 3min rest between sets (rest @ 8.6)

Screwed up the second two of the first set, but just added that onto the end, by running 1 minute at 5:30 pace.

Workout went by pretty fast considering i was on the treadmill. Changing it up that fast helped the time fly for sure.
