snow again..although the major roads are clear, side and back ones were still very unsettling. Opted for the treadmill, as boring as it is, still allows me to get a solid workout in. Ditched the planned tempo..did 4 mile repeats, than a half mile at 6% grade nearly at 7 min pace. all .25 recovery. Didn't feel too hard until the last repeat. I think i could have taken longer rest and gone faster, but it was a solid workout anyway. Legs were soar this morning walking around, and I manged to hit my knee pretty hard on a peice of steel. Swollen and stiff this afternoon, but after the warm up it turned out to be OK, at least until I stopped.
