STATE MEET PR!
felt great! I was in about 5th place a the 400 mark and i just sat behind a couple of guys and let them pull me along. I knew i had to make a move at the 800 mark, but i didn't and i waited till about 1000. From there i just picked them off one by one. By the time i reached the final 200 mark, those last 2 guys were done and i just kept on cruising for the win in my heat. Felt great!
i was along feeling really good after it also. I took a nice short cool down..5 min and just relaxed afterward.
