8x400 with 1:30 rest and 2x800 w/ 2:30 rest. A little on the fast side, but still managed to stay consistent. Legs were tired from today but after a short warm up and some drills i felt ok...still rough. the 8's i did my best to relax through the first 400 (which i managed running 79,79 for each of the first 400 of the 8's). They felt so much easier then the 8x4's.
