Good News on the foot front. Just bruised on top and nothing to do with ankle. Tested out the waters on the warm up with a few picks ups and I was good to go. Really couldn't decide if i wanted to do mile repeats or half mile repeats on the track. Once I got there though the football team was there and walkers, so i just ran on the roads.
