Notes

Wasn't sure what was going to happen. Calf was tight after the warm up. Foam rolled last night with massage, and foam rolled this morning, but didn't really help all that much. Plan was to do 5x1mille. Felt fine during the first repeat and all the rest were solid feeling. Breathing a little labored, but it was hot in the gym. Honestly once were out of the freeze/thaw cycle, I'm excited to get on the track for some workouts.
