todays workout was supposed to be 6x1k w/ 2 min of rest. Boy did it go horribly wrong. I felt i could do it at a slower pace, but when i went out to fast i suffered. My goal should have been somewhere around 3:30, but i was hitting 3:20. Dided on the 2nd one so i closed it up with 2 400;s. very nice out today. Slight breeze which was a bit chilly.
I know i need to work on my legs speed still as my legs really didn't want to move all that fast today. more track work i think is going to help. plan on doing 6x400 next week
