Goddamit...I hate this...I've run this twice now, and its the same exact time. Ryan finally is back running, and he just killed me. He sat behind me then flew by on the last 200m. Kinda pisses me off that he is able to fly even when he isn't in shape.
Not really sure what happened, but i was feeling really good through the first 800 then i started to feel tired and sluggish. I really had to dig deep to push through the last 400.
