Notes

Wasn't dead set in running 6 miles at marathon pace even though I haven't done much recently. I liked where this workout ended up though. 3mi, 1/2 mile recovery, 2mi, 1/4 mile recovery 1mi. Total of 6mi in 35:56. Tough on the treadmill but got it done. I'd like to do this workout again in a month and see where I'm at.
