A good workout i though. Tough but something that we need to work on. Ryan was really strong, and i was right on his tail for most of the workout, usually i took the first 200 out pretty easy then started to hammer at it. Coach lasted usually about 150 before i lost him, and will and Pat were not doing so great today. Well everyone has there good and bad days.
The fist 200 interval we had i totally forgot about, didn't really realize we were going out on a 200 i was pacing for a 800, but i still went through at 36, which was kinda scary i guess.
Looking to be come snow tomorrow. Probably hit the treadmill and indoor track at the y for some miles.
