cold morning for a tempo the first half mile was all down hill then i hit some good uphill then a little flat. Did see Joseph out there whcih was nice, didn't run with him. Then through mile 2 mostly downhill. Very nice out on route 1. Quiet for once. Third mile tough because it was more up hill.
Finished at 22 minutes because i was dead and the last half was all uphill, so i quit...sad i know. but i feel strong.
