wow...thats about it...

legs felt stale during the warm up and really no bounce out of them. Once i got started i actually felt rather smooth. I just relaxed the arms and moved right along. Looking at the splits i'm pretty impressed. left hamstring knocking at the door.

light snow falling, roads were pretty much clear except for the shoulders and people were nice enough most of the time to give me some space on the side of the road.
