Notes

It was already dark out, so i didn't want to run outside, which was probably quite stupid, but w/e. I had planned on doing my regular track workout, but that went down the hole when i put in 5 hours of work with Collin. Boy was i exhausted after that. I just didn't think i could muster 4 mile repeats for 12 miles total. Tomorrow i will do them.
