Felt pretty good. Hit the middle 2 right on. Then we fell off. The wind was a shit for the first 250 meters then the last bit was no wind at all, so it was hard to judge the pace. Good work though. Felt pretty good. Legs were beat by the end and the cool down was really nice and easy...first mile in 8 mintues
