Wandered around looking for an entrance to the middle school track, but it was totally locked down, couldn't even squeeze my fatass through one of the gates. Although the pace shows mid to high 7's it felt a lot harder. Calling it a moderate effort today. I'll get out once more before our long car drive back east.
