Notes
I made it through 3 miles, but i immediatly knew i went out to fast. I tired to slow it down, but it just kinda went downhill. i was feeling good about my running, but it was hard to get in a nice groove once i hit the hills. Had a to take a 1min break at 3 miles, then again took it easy for a quarter mile at 4, and died hard on the hill on the 5th mile. Killer tempo though. felt good. and was solid workout.
