felt really good. I thought i was going to be more tired since i had already ran 7 miles, but since i took it easy, and didn't do much for half an hour and just a few strides i felt good to go. First mile the kids who were directing the race weren't paying attention, but luckily i knew the course already cause i had already run it. which i think defiantly helped. Second mile was fun, but a bit harder. I thought i was pushing the pace already, but i guess not. Third mile i relaxed a bit and just coasted, felt like no one was behind me.
The race started at Old Town Elementary school and went into the unversity forest. It went down one of the main trials and connected with the regular x-c trail and then headed back down the dirt road to the Bike path. Finished up at the school. Good race for a good cause.
