3x1mi + 2x.25 all with .25 recovery.
Changed my mind about 3/4 of the way through the first mile. Was just going to bang out a 4 mile tempo around 6min pace, should have, but didn't really have the desire...The Mile repeats were controlled and pretty much where I want to be at this point. They were probably near 10K pace or so..maybe faster. The 400's were for some quick turnover. Total speed: 3.5 mi 20:31, 5:52 pace.
