Wow what a day. Compared to yesterday though these were a breeze. The 10x150's weren't so bad more about leg turnover. After those we had a 5 minute break followed by stairs for 3 min, then 3 off (3 times). then 4x400. the 400s were only at 70% so they weren't bad, just some work.
Felt good through all of them.
