Notes

Got home late from Manchester Vermont today, so i deided to hit the Y. did 1 mile warmup at 7 min pace on the track. Then 3.5 on the treadmill, doing speed ladders. (started at 8:00 pace, then 7:53 for .25, then 7:43 for .25, then 7:30 for .25 and 7:18 for .25 and back up. It helped pass the time a little faster, and it gave me some work to do! 1 mile cool down on the track.
