Notes
I ran the first two miles at an pretty easy pace. 6.0 for a quarter mile, up to 6.2 for a little less than half a mile, 6.4 for another half, 6.5 for a while and then 6.2 for the last quarter mile. I walked for a few minutes and then, inspired by Kevin's fartleks next to me, I turned up the power to 7.5 and went harder for a whopping quarter mile. The point of today was to take it easy after my great runs this week.... that's why I only did 2.25......
I just reminded myself that two months ago, two miles would have practically killed me.
