Starting temp/DP 54; ending temp 58, DP 57. Light drizzle; wind from NE at 5 mph.
From Bluemont park, ran out and back a mile on W&OD towards Falls Church, then ran out 5 and back on the W&OD towards Falls Church- ran with Dave Lett and Damien for the group part of the run.
Wore raincoat over shorts and was mostly comfortable.
L/R balance at 50.4/49.6 - wore big toe spacers.
