From home, took Custis to W&OD to turn just before Shreve road, and then back home. Drills and two extended strides after.
L/R balance was 51.1/48.9 - wore big toe spacers.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - slightly warm with tailwind, comfortable with headwind.
