Temp 47, DP 46. Raining. Wind of 10 mph from east.
Did 2K, 3x1200, 2x200 with 400 jog between each. Splits were 9:24, 5:23, 5:18, 5:16, 52, and 52. 2:2x-2:3x recovery after each. Weather was a factor.
Wore raincoat over sports bra and thin tights plus hat - good for temps. Tried compression tights at first, but those are a no go.
L/R balance 50/50 - wore big toe spacers.
Breakfast was rice, cereal and Razz clif gel. Sat well
