Starting temp 64, DP 60, ending temp 66, DP 61. Wind from south at 14 (didn't feel that strong). Pollen of 7.8
Parked at Bluemont Park and took W&OD up to Van Buren and back, with 5+ minutes on grass at Banneker park each way. Then continued down to the 4 Mile Run intersection south of Carlin Springs Road, and took 4 Mile Run back to Bluemont park.
Drills and 2 extended strides after.
L/R balance was 50.9/49.1 - wore big toe spacers.
wore shorts and longsleeve and was slightly warm.
