Knee felt good, a little ache in the joint of my right knee on the inside but my patella seems to be healed nicely. Today was the last day of PT w/ Lily. She did a nice job of getting my knee well. Ina couple of weeks my orthotics should be in and I will buy a new pair of running shoes(nuetral). See if they make a differance.
