Got a knot in my left calf tonight! Other than that it was a great run, no pain just good fun running! It started raining about half way so that is a plus for me! Knot appeared about 100 yards from the finish, tried to stay hydrated today so don't know what that is about. Will massage it out and try to be ready for Sunday. Mileage felt good too...
