w/ Wich bro's. warm low 60's and rain showers. plan was 13 x 45 seconds on, 1:15 recovery. started a little more conservative, but went to quick early. only got 10 quality efforts done before the left glute really tightened up.

yesterday glutes and calves were really tight from Wednesday's tempo/progression run. should have run something easy yesterday to loosen up the legs, that plus need to get use to the warmer weather.
