w/ the Wich bro's. Felt ok to start. After only one day of planks the hammy is responding. Able to get 2 miles of 7:35 and 7:18. Half mile rest is way to much. Did one more mile at 7:36 and decided not to get greedy. Hammy was starting to tighten. Slog home feeling good. Success!!!!! Disappointed that I couldn't keep it going for longer, but maybe I can still pull off this marathon thing......................................
