2M TT.
5K TT cut to 2 Mi TT based on course availability, and heat/humidity. Cold to the course. Was feeling pretty warm before starting.
Run didn't go well. Was gassing after the first mile. Actually surprised to see the intervals this close. Also, didn't know where I wanted to be relative to time since new to the course.
Coach rolled it out - this was 2 miles.
Overall: Disappointed on a number of levels. Better rest and nutrition than the previous three track workouts. Heat, unfamiliar terrain, and leg pain all contributors.
