Notes
Gut issues. Woke at 4:50, downed 3 glasses of water and two cups of coffee to flood out my system, which has been working for the last 6-8 weeks straight on any morning run. Today, between mile one and 3 the urge hit, and between brief moments where it would subisde, only grew worse. Terminated run on account of facilities, and did some research:

Long run prep: White rice. Non high fiber cereal. Pancakes. Turkey wrap. White flour pasta with chicken.
General consensus is this won't help for race day. Many comments and articles point to taking Immodium when you wake up for race day. Will need to continue looking into this as training progresses.
Other notes: It was very cool - Temp 57°. Began with white long sleeve, grey tech T, hat, and calve compression. Was ready to ditch hat at mile 4, but terminated anyway shortly after.
