Didn't feel all there in the warm up, and ran with Jon who was definitely feeling last weekend. After warm up, before track, some left leg pain near interior calf, and lower back, left side pelvic, buttox, and hamstring pain akin to 'sciatica' pain for a while back prompted me to skip the track work.
Overall, not a great day.
'Interval Data' - helpful for manual interval entries. Will calculate Dist/Duration in 'Workout Details' box above once filled in. Need to look into this feature more..
