Squats, single leg press, Romanian dead lift, leg extensions and leg curls

Hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, hanging obliques, decline weighted situps

Got a good one in before the weekend! 6 days in a row of lifting and/or running. Pretty solid, but I sure can feel it!
