I pushed the weights workout to tomorrow and decided to get another run in today. Didn't mean to go this far but haven't ran Pot Luck in a while and once I started the loop I wasn't turning around! I was wore down from the long week of weights/runs so I did walk a good bit, but overall was glad I made it work.
I had a good hot spot on my instep after yesterday. I applied my new Body Glide liquified powder (why don't they call it a cream?) and while it was messy to have on my hands and then got on my socks as I pulled them on, I think I really like that stuff. My hot spot looks no worse for the wear, maybe even better as I check it here at the end of the day. Will be using this going forward.
