did about 4 miles of warmup and cooldown and 4 miles or so during the workout. ran 5xGrant Lee in about 29:30. I went from the tennis court stop sign to the GL parking lot hard the easy down the other side and back up hard to the parking lot. My splits on the long side were 97,99,95,97,93. And 46,44,45,44,43 on the short side. Got in about 12 minutes of hard hill running. Also ran a 1/2 mile trying to finish fast but not all out in 2:32.
