32 minutes to start with 3rd creek closed to tyson so unsure what pace but feel like i was moving ok but pickups felt a little sluggish. way back ran a 7:13 waterplant mile feeling ok and wasn't to get anymore splits but probably 7:30s-40s last bit. a little tired towards the end
