workout: 2 x 1 @ LT (6:00)/60 + 2 x 800 @ CV 2:50-54 + 4 x 20 sec hill @ 1500/ 60 sec rest on all

Wanted some goal pace running to start. Breathing was fine legs didn't feel powerful or that fluid. During 800s wanted CV to AP if i felt good. Didn't feel horrible just again not alot of power probably from the 25 mile trail run on sunday. Hills felt decent though. SI joint bothering me a little on the 5 miles to the finish. Ok day
